A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens; adapted For the Stage by Michael Morton
Brimming with Christmas spirit, Discarded Nut Youth Theatre brings Charles Dickens’ much-loved festive ghostly tale of redemption to joyful life.
Over the course of one ghostly Christmas night, cold-hearted businessman Ebenezer Scrooge is forced to face his selfish ways when three ghosts on Christmas Eve lead him through his Past, Present and Future. As he journeys back over his life, Scrooge learns that, to escape from an eternity bound in chains, he must change his “Bah, humbug!” ways and learn to love again.
DNYT’s stunning version of this timeless classic is full of dazzling storytelling, cherished carols and so much Christmas magic that even the most miserable of old miser’s hearts will fill with joy this festive season.
